For our Exhibitors:
Exhibitor location maps and site specification will be available for exhibitors on Friday, Sept 10th. Information packets, banners (if purchased), and other relevant material may be picked up at the Tazewell Middle School on Friday beginning at 3:30pm or Saturday beginning at 6:30am. Tables may be set up at either time but must be ready to go by 8am. We ask that no tables be removed prior to 5:45pm.
Tables are provided for premium sponsors. Tables will also be available for rent ($12) from Tents & Events if necessary. They will be on site both Friday and Saturday to assist you with any needs.
